BuyRouterSwitch.com is dedicated to delivering top-notch new and refurbished IT equipment that is in excellent condition upon delivery. In the unlikely event that the product you receive is defective, incompatible, or not what you expected, we are committed to resolving the issue for you. Our products are backed by a 30-day replacement warranty, unless otherwise specified.

Faulty Products

If you discover a fault with your product within the warranty period provided by BuyRouterSwitch.com, please notify us immediately. We will either repair the issue or send a replacement part, which may have a different FRU, spare, or part number than the one originally ordered.

In cases where we receive a product under warranty, but upon testing, no fault is found, or the problem is due to an incompatibility issue with your setup hardware or software, there will be a $10 charge for testing and a 25% restocking fee.

Change / Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order from the moment it has been placed on our website up until 14 days from the day after you receive the products. If you need to make changes to your order, such as delivery address or quantity, or if you wish to cancel the order entirely, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.

If you inform us of the cancellation before we ship the product, we will refund your account with no extra charge. However, if you cancel the order after receiving the goods, there may be a 25% restocking fee charged.

Change of Mind / Non-Faulty Returns

BuyRouterSwitch.com accepts returns of unwanted products within 14 working days of purchase, provided that they are in their original condition, the package has not been opened, and no seals have been broken.

If the return is not due to a fault on our part, there may be a 25% restocking fee charged. It is crucial that any unwanted item, unless it is faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition.

To qualify for a return, the product and its accessories, manuals, software, and warranties must be enclosed in their original packaging and should be undamaged.

Pricing, Description, and Inventory Error

Despite our diligent efforts, errors such as incorrect product descriptions, stock status, or pricing may occur on BuyRouterSwitch.com due to typographical, informational, technical, or other reasons. Therefore, BuyRouterSwitch.com reserves the right to refuse and/or cancel any order of such products or services, and promptly correct and/or remove any inaccurate information at its sole discretion.

In case the accurate price of an item is higher than the stated price, we will decide either to contact you for instructions before shipping the item or to cancel your order and inform you of the cancellation.

Wrong / Incomplete Product

If the products delivered to you do not match your order or are missing items, BuyRouterSwitch.com will promptly resolve the issue by providing you with the correct product. After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specific period. It is essential to note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Therefore, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow up to two working days for your return to be authorized and assigned an RMA number.
