How to cancel an order before payment and after payment?

For cancellation before payment, there is no need to notify us since we only process orders once payment has been received. If an order or invoice is more than a week old, it may not be possible to reactivate it due to possible changes in item prices, shipping rates, and market fluctuations. In such cases, a new order may need to be placed. If you wish to withdraw an order after payment has been made, please contact us immediately.
